Back to School Reminders:
·4th grade will line up and enter the building at the bus loop doors. The doors open at 7:50 am and your child should be in class by 8:00 am each day. I will bring the entire class out the same doors at 2:45 and from there they can get on the bus, walk around to car pickup, or walk home. Discovery Club kids will go directly to the cafeteria.
o If your child needs to meet up with a younger sibling, please remind them to walk around to the playground/front of the building so the teacher of the younger student can visually see that they are being picked up to get home safely!
·Please remind your child to bring a water bottle and snack daily.The snack needs to be nut-free and "healthy" Mon.-Thurs. On Friday it still needs to be nut-free, but it can be their choice. Everything in moderation:)
· If you were unable to get all of the supplies or some of the supplies do not worry. We use community supplies and your child will be just fine until you are able to get to the store.
·Classroom Blog- Please check the blog for my daily communication-homework assignments, specials schedules, important dates/information, pictures of the class, and 3-5 daily “Family Questions” to ask your child about their day. The group email will only be used to send out last-minute important information. Also, I’m always open to suggestions for new information families would like to see included on the blog!
