Greetings Fox Hollow Family,
The first week of the 2018-2019 school year is off to a fantastic start! Please review the morning procedures below oulining arrival times and POD door line up procedures.
Students are not to arrive before 7:45 AM, unless they are here to eat breakfast, as we do not have outside supervision. Students eating breakfast may arrive at 7:30 AM and go into the café. Between 7:45 -7:50 AM students are to line up at their assigned grade POD doors. Kindergarten classes should be the only classes lining up at the front door before 7:50 AM. At 7:50 AM, the first bell will ring allowing students to enter the building and go to their classrooms. Any students arriving after the 7:50 AM bell are to enter the building through the set of doors closest to them, regardless of their grade level. Any students entering the building after the 8 AM bell will be considered tardy. If your student is arriving after 8 AM please go to the front office to check in before going to class.
Cold weather or rainy mornings: In the event of inclement weather where it is raining or the temperature is below 20°, students will have an inside morning. In these conditions, students are not to arrive before 7:45 AM (unless here for breakfast) and enter into any of the grade POD doors nearest them. Once inside the building students are to line up inside the building next to their POD doors until the 7:50 AM bell rings.
